Who are we?
Tau Beta Sigma is a National Honorary service organization whose sole purpose is to serve the college or university band programs through service projects, fundraisers, social events and other projects as needed.

Our goal is to grant each music program a minimum of $1,000!
Any outside help will be greatly appreciated!
The donation is set at $25, but if you would like to donate a different amount, send payments to southtexasmarchformusic@gmail.com.

The purpose of our event is to inform people about the lack of funding for scholastic music programs in South Texas. Several school districts in the Coastal Bend area are being forced to cut funding to non-core area subjects such as art and music due to the lack of funding given to them by the state. In a effort to alleviate that shortage of monies available to these types of programs, we are hosting a charity event to fundraise money for one of these worthwhile programs: music.
Inspired by Relay for Life, March For Music's goal is to fundraise money for music programs in the Coastal Bend Area dealing with budget cuts.
